Default Fuel Rail pressure questions

I have an 87 Iroc Z-28 5.7 TPI, she is very ill, one day 5 orso years ago she wouldnt start, I got pissed off and bought another car. Since, dad and I have tapped the fuel line before and after the fuel filter, pressurized it and the rails and it just pukes out. We cant get any pressure to make it fly out. Does anyone have any ideas?. My baby is just sitting and rotting and it kills me.Please help.

The fuel line may be clogged or rusted up. How are you applying pressure to the line?
