Arrow Help on Amp Instal

Ok so im working on putting subs in my camaro and iv got everything nearly ready to go but 1 problem!

Where can I mount the amp down too? I dont want to screw it down to the gas tank but thats the only spot it could go because theres no other area because my sub box takes up entire cargo area. Im just wondering what you all did with your amp.

Pictures would be nice of your instal!
Thanks for the help!

You can make a amp rack, basically a covered piece of wood that sits on the part between the back seat and your trunk, on top the gas tank. it really doesn't need to be screwed down as it shouldn't move if it's between the back seat and your speaker box, but some velcro on the bottom will keep it stuck to the factory crapet back there if needed.

I stuck mine right about the gas tank. It's basically screwed into the carpet that's there and however my friend and I did it, it works perfect. Amp hasn't moved once and there have been a few hard braking and acceleration since then. I'll get a pic later if I can.

Velcro sounds like a good idea. haha

Get a piece of MDF that you can cut to fit snug above your gas tank and then screw your amp to that. Then you can do a false bottom amp rack like mine to hide all the wiring. Here are some pics.
