Default camshaft and ST header instal labor and tips

1.looking at picking up a GM847 cam with 610' Lift Springs and valve seals. 3/8 rocker studs And guideplates. and hardend pushrods,, 200bucks,, is that a good deal ?
2. also what will the labor on that run me with also doing shorttube headers and y pipe?
3. What else would be recommended to do during this time and costs?

Thankyou

im not sure about the cam but you should run longtube headers there more effective where as shorties are just above stock manis

to have someone do this will be expensive. the heads will have to come off and the radiator and ac condensor will have to be removed, the front of the motor will have to be stripped to the block. im gona say at a good shop about 2k to install and get running.

No its not hard, but will take some time. If you dont depend on the car for a daily driver, I would buy a book and tackle it, and take your time...

Why would he have to pull the heads to do a cam swap?
