Open the hood first so you can see where you are grabbing for the first time. Follow the cable attached to the latch. Go under the front bumper. Look for the same cable. Follow it to the latch. The part that the cable pulls on is what you push on. You push it the same direction that the cable pulls it. Which if I remember correctly is toward the driver side. Now, close your hood, do it again until you hear the click. Get out from under the car and you should be able to lift the hood, unlock it as normal and open it.

Just watch for the cable that goes to the windsheild wiper fluid pump. Make sure have your hand on the right thing before you tug on that. The cable is on the bumper side of the radiator. Not on the radiator, im just specifying which side of it to look for the cable.
