really? So it might just be something as little as that. still after fueling the car yesterday and making sure it was completly closed ( or MUST i make it click 3 times?) it still popped up after awhile of driving.

Just called him and got to know that not only the oil is old but the Coolant is like 2 years old as well. Gonna flush it and have a Oil/Filter change.

While he might have only moved it once in awhile to keep the car from going bad in the garage, i highly doubt that a 2 year old coolant is gonna stay good

 

I am a firm believer in changing the oil and filter. Run the lightest oil you can and change it often. I had a car once that I wore the oil plug out changing the oil but the engine was just starting to use a little oil at 160,000 miles, sadly the rest of the car just fell to pieces.
