It's under the round stainless steel plug on top of the throttle body toward the driver's side. Hopefully that plug is still in place.
You do *NOT* want to pop that plug out and mess with the minimum idle screw unless you have a scan tool. If the PO hasn't messed with it leave it alone because the high idle problem lies elsewhere.

I found the leak the intake gasket was barely there. I bought a gasket set for like 17.86 and it comes with everything from the intake manifold gasket to the valve cover gasket the throttle body gasket and the upper plenum gasket. the intake manifold gaskets are behind the push rods how do you adjust valve lash after doing those gaskets.
