I tried replacing my fog light bulb (881), before I connected it noticed it was really rusted pretty bad and when I put the bulb in, it doesn't work Is this the end of fog lights for me or can I just replace that probe piece thats rusted? ? Noticed it's a whole two wire connection, I just want to replace the front part only.

 

sounds like they are a goner.

 

you can rewire them just run new wires from the lights with a new inline fuse straight to the switch only thing is they wont turn off with the brights also you need to wire the power into something that turns off with the ignition
