Default Automatic/Manual Swap

I have a 2002 manual v6 (60,000 miles) looking to switch to automatic. Anybody interested? Thanks, Kait

Interested in what? Are you doing ther work yourself? Do you understand the work involved? If you search this form you will find threads talking about the sway but most people what to go from automatic to standard.

It is a lot easier and cheaper to just sell your car and buy what you want.

Late model v6 camaros with low miles can be found for under 5 grand, the swap would cost too much to be cost effective, sell yours and get the auto.......SFC

I have an automatic 99 v6 (58,000 miles). I want a manual. If ours were in equal condition, I'd be willing to do it. I could probably go pick it up too.

That would be way too much money to pour into a V6 Camaro.

doing an automatic/manual swap (either way) is way more effort than it's worth IMO. I'd just say be content with what you've got or get a car that's what you really want.
