99 a/c compressor shaft seal

Does anyone know how to get the clutch off the compressor, the dealer says it takes a special tool but I have not looked at it yet. It is a 99 with v6 and the seal is leaking pretty bad

never done it, but looking at it, ya. I can imagine it needing a specific tool

Yes. It requires a special tool. A special type of puller, to be exact. I'm sure any good auto parts store with a rent-a-tool program could help you out.
