97 camaro RS cooling fans PLEASE HELP
Hey everyone.
i just got my first camaro, i bought it cheap so i was sure to do some work on it.
recently ive been having heating problems and i dont want to by-pass the fans with a manual switch.. im picky and id like the car to run the way it was intended
so my issue is the car will get 3/4 hot and the low cooling fan will turn on bringing the temp back to half way but will climb back up real fast.
ive replaced the radiator, coolant temp sensor under the throttle body if there is another i dont know about.... new water pump, new thermostat to open at 180 with seal, and i flushed the system and put new coolant as well as bled the system, i know for a fact there isnt air in the system.
relays seem to be ok and fuses. i turn AC on and no fans. . . i turn on defroster no fans.. although i do hear a fan on passenger side behind dash but not for cooling fans..when i unplug the temp sensor both fans come on high speed until i plug sensor back in.... please help
ive taken thermostat out to try that. in traffic car will eventually get 3/4 and do the same thing... head gasket is fine. no water in oil.
