Ok so it was working just fine for the passed week. Until today, I came back from work and it was fine even in the heat, I went to the gym and it was fine. I came back from the gym and it started overheating over 200 and the gym is 1 mile away. I figured out that the fans are not turning on. I checked the connections and theyre fine, What else can cause it, I tried checking the relay switches but I dont know how to check if they are bad... Any help or ideas please?

 

the fans dont come on until about 200-210 off about 180-190. unless u have a lower temp thermostat and have the prom reprogramed.

 

on mine they kicked on at a little over 180
