Bingo. May be time for a clutch job (new clutch, T/O bearing, Pressure Plate, and pilot bearing)

well i found a nice deal on a rebuilt t5 for 285 so i decided id go ahead and change out the transmission and so i did and reverse doesnt grind anymore i can finally reverse out of parking spots! But a clutch job is next maybe within the next month or so thanks for all the input guys!
