Default Ridetech Suspension for 4th gen F-body

I was curious and found that ride tech offers a complete air ride suspension kit for 4th gens. Replaces coil overs with adjustable air springs, allows for adjustable spring pressure and ride height. Heard good things about their suspension. Is anyone using them on their car? I feel like this would be an easy upgrade to get better ride quality and handling, especially since these kits arent very difficult to install.

I checked into doing this a while back and it was going to be aroudn 2500 bucks for everything, not including installation. Which the installation wouldn't be that bad, but running the hoses and then finding a place to put the valves and compressor would be a little bit of work. But then you also have the air tank, which for the 4 way adjustable system would be a 5 gallon, or 3 gallon, can't remember. But either way that's a lot of room to take up with a tank. I have seen a couple camaros with a ride tech on them and I'm still up in the air on possibly doing this. My plan was to get a 6 point roll bar and seal it up and use that as the air tank. But that's still a lot of money and time.

I was thinking about going with the a setup that doesnt use the air tank. Just doing their air shocks instead of coil overs. Would be a lot cheaper than the whole system and probably still improve ride quality.
with these...... Front---- ShockWaves :: 1993-2002 Chevy Camaro,Firebird - Shockwave Front system - RQ Series - RideTech.com - Suspension Specialist - Online Store

rear---- CoolRide :: 1982-2002 Chevy Camaro, Firebird - CoolRide Rear System - RideTech.com - Suspension Specialist - Online Store

not sure it would be worth it without the adjustability though. I was just curious about what people had to say about these kits because i may look into putting one on my car in the future.

I think it would be great and from what I've read about them, if you're building a Sunday driver/cruiser/once in a while track day car it's a awesome deal and helps the handling a lot on no matter what car it's going on. Of course it's not going to be the best suspension for like an auto-x car, but from what I've seen there's a lot of people using the system for that also. I like the ability to be able to adjust all four corners independently, raise and lower vehicle ride height as well.

Yeah I will probably contact ridetech about the kits when I get the funds to redo the suspension on my car. I also have a 56 olds I think I may run their suspension on. The olds will likely be first up to the plate.
