LS1 suspension on a LT1?

put some stock springs back in it. that'll stop your bottoming out. any idea wat lowering springs r in it? id also suggest trying some shocks. like a set of kyb agx shocks. they're adjustable so you can make them stiffer to stop the floaty ride.

rob, the KYB shocks are junk, the **** has literally no control on how soft or firm the shock is. go with something from Penske or Bilstein, they actually have better controlling of the adjustments that's linear, unlike the KYB's. i found the KYB's will end up being hardest on the full soft setting.

well I am on a budget; budget as in I don't have a grand or two to spare on my suspension. I don't want to cheap out too much either.

Thanks for the recommendations, i'll do some research on these for now.

another good but real inexpensive shock is comp engineering 3 way adj.
