Honestly, didn't even come to mind until you just mentioned it. I think I can live with it though. Gotta keep something else in the bay since ABS block is going, and a/c is already gone. I got some of the suspension painted, I'll get pics when it stops being -20 out.

I havent been on in a while, and I just saw the pics of your recent body and paint work. Its coming along awesome! That bay is amazing!

Thanks. It's coming along nicely and I'm digging the red more than I thought I would. Some new pics. Waiting on the tax return so I can move forward with the rest of the suspension and...drum roll......a cam. Nothing too big, but haven't quite decided yet.

Waiting on the valve springs to come in to finish the heads. Was gonna paint the lower control arms last night but got frustrated by the fact that Energy Suspension doesn't include new metal sleeves for the bushings on the front and before knowing that, I had used a torch and air chisel to remove the old bushings...so I called it a night after that. Picked up new bushings from work just so I can burn the rubber out and use the sleeves. Heads up to any one switching to poly bushings, read footnotes and keep all the metal sleeves in good condition..
