You didn't mess with removing and replacing/reinstalling the timing chain set did you?

Nope. Didn't pull the timing cover.

I know it was running crappy before you took it apart to fix the leak, but was it popping out the exhaust at all like it is now?

It was running fine before taking it apart. Just overheating.

Oh ok, thought it was running rough too. Trying to exhaust (no pun intended) all other possibilities.

And you double checked your work to make sure all your vacuum, sensor, and electrical connections are hooked up?

Do you have the ability to do a leak-down test? You can check each cylinder at TDC compression stroke, and listen for air rushing out either the intake or exhaust. If it does, you have valve(s) that aren't seating fully. That would at least let you know what's going on without having to tear into the intake and valves again.

I don't have the ability to do a leak down test. Ill just pull it apart tomorrow and re adjust the valves. I'm sure that's probably the issue...
