Default Water pump leaking?

Okay maybe I'm just like, dumb as ****, but is there supposed to be a small hole in the bottom of the water pump, with like, fluid dripping out of it? I started the engine and let it run for 2 seconds and then a bunch of fluid dripped out of that hole... Is it just me or is there supposed to be something... there?

Alright I took a picture. I let my dad borrow my camera, so I had to use my cell phone. Thats why you can barely see it... so I labeled the hole and where the fluid is coming from (if it isnt obvious lol)

The seal in your water pump is gone, you need a new pump. That is called a weep hole and the only time it leaks fluid in a noticeable quantity is when the pump is shot. Change the pump as soon as possible because the water leaking on the optispark will cause it to die also.
