Default Water leaking into cabin

I have a new problem with my '98 V6 Camaro. After driving for about 15 minutes or so, water will begin trickling down fom under the center console and eventually form little puddles on both the driver side and passenger side floors. Any ideas why this could be happening. There isn't any anti-freeze or oil or anything else - just water. Thanks for any help!

Is this an expensive fix? About how much should I expect to pay including labor?

Is this something easy that a DIY'r can do?

Thanks!
