Off since your disconnecting important sensors, while you're at it, undo the negative terminal as well

hey everybody, been a while since i have been on here.

Need your help once again.

Iv been driving the camaro for about 2 weeks straight now, and I am just starting to have problems with it yet again.
Its died on me two days in a row! When i say died, something is drainging my battery. Here is the story,
A few years back the factory amp in the car went out so i replaced it. I found another amp out of a firebird. Me and my friends thought how hard could it be to replace it, well it shouldnt have been very difficult but we wound up cutting my factory wiring to the old factory amp and then tryied to wire up the new one, the only problem with that is, is that the wires from the firebird are a different color to the camaros, so needless to say the amp is not turning off apperently when I kill the car. The only way to fix this issue is when I am done using the car for the day is to unplug the factory amp.

Along with the speakers sounding like crap, I cant seem to find a wrecked camaro with the monsoo system in it around where i live. Do you think it would just be easier to just by-pass the factory amp all together, or does anybody any ideas where I can get the correct factory amp and plug for the wires?
