Takes about 15 minutes to change steering wheels. Buy one online and swap the sucker out. I'm pretty sure it's as simple as that.

It will probably spline and bolt on, but I'm pretty sure the air bag connector is most likely different, and the way the module for a 94 is programmed, it might trigger different too, but who knows.

You are going to run in to 2 problems here that I can see off the top of my head. First if the Airbag. The 94 Camaro uses a Gen 1 airbag system with one trigger one charge. The Airbag in the Corvette is a second or 3rd gen airbag system which will deploy depending on how the car is hit. Major impacts get the full charge, minor only get a little and if it is 3rd gen system depending on the angle of hit you may or may not deploy at all.
The second issue is the steering wheel controls... You will need (if you want them to work) some type of provision for them to work. This is usually done with a set of wires that are tied into the airbag coil assy and then go through the BCM and that goes into the Radio. Good luck there. The Corvette's system is much more advanced than the 00-02 Camaro's and any firebird's steering wheel controls were.
