Default post swap/sitting for 4 months problems

Ok, I just got home from Iraq and these are the problems I've found with the car. I've swapped almost everything.

First off, from sitting. My horn makes a very faint squealing noise. Kinda embarrassing. No corroded connections, so I'm wondering if there's anything I can do to free them up without having to replace them. Any Ideas?

Next, I had my BRAND NEW tires rebalanced and it still shakes at 45. Brand new brakes, wheels, tires, and suspension. From the best I can tell its the right front. Any thoughts?

That's about all I've found so far, other than the stupid cat messed up my top. I really wish my dad had taken better care of her while I was gone.

mine did that and i rotated the tires and the shake followed. it was a bad tire. had it happen on a truck once and it was a bad rim. otherwise u have probly changed everything else like i did. ball joints, tierod ends, a arm bushings.

Try whacking the horn with the handle of a screwdriver. It might just be stuck with corrosion. Most horns have an adjustment screw in the center. Fiddle with it with a screwdriver (the non-handle end this time) and see what happens.
Are your "brand new" tires brand new, or has the car been sitting on them for 4 months? If so, they may have developed flat spots from sitting. I would give it a good long road test and see if they straighten up.
