Question Problems w/Window Not Going all the way up post-repair?

Anyone else have problems with their Window Not Going all the way up post-repair from a shop? I have this problem, where it doesn't go up the last inch or less see by how it does not go all the way up into the rubber boot towards the front of the car. Also, it seems the window goes up unevenly towards the front of the car, and then comes up towards the back. Obviously, it should be going up uniformly. This is with replacement of the regulator w/Napa part.

Anyone who knows what this problem indicates and what the solution is? Is the problem the aftermarket part, since it's not the GM part?

TIA!

Sounds like someone might have not replaced the rivets that hold the mechanism to the door panel or did not install the regulator properly.

I called Napa, and they said either a bad install, or maybe the window is not in the channel straight. I think the shop is jacking me around, and I am going to tell them to show me it's installed correctly while the door is open. I already can see it doesn't go up right. They of course claim it was done fine -- so much for GM shop "excellence".
