Default Minor clunk when slowing down

Hey everyone.

So on my 97 which is Automatic, when i';m coming to a stop, or slowing down, and the tranny changes gear, i get a small clunk underneath.

Does this sound like a U-joint or possibly something else. I will get under neath, but being new to the car, its always nice to have a head up on what to look out for.
