Manual Transmission Issues. Need expert help!

I think he means it's not disengaging. My car did the same thing for awhile. I ended up bleeding the crap out of my hydraulic system and that fixed it. I also have the 3.4 5-speed, Mrfreeze. Try bleeding it again and see if that helps.

First off thanks so much for your quick replies. And yes, I meant disengaging.
As for the clutch, the pressure plate was never removed. Nor was there anything on the ground. I'm leading towards the fork. There's no slop or looseness coming from the slave to the fork. As soon as I push the clutch pedal it moves the fork.

I'm taking the tranny out this week. I used a vacuum pump on the clutch yesterday. It held the vacuum fine and with enough pressure it moved the clutch pedal. I'm confident there's no air in the system and the master cylinder is fine.
So, I'm going to check the pivot ball and fork to see what is up with the clutch not disengaging.

make sure that the fork is all the way on the pivot ball. If it snaps in make sure it snaps in completely. The wiper arms on these cars can snap in to a point but not be in all the way If the fork does not get in the right spot then it will not have the full range of motion needed, and cause all the issues you are describing.

Well, just and update to let you know it was resolved! The guy who was helping me and put my throwout bearing in the first time didn't put it in right! He wedged it between the clips instead of letting it flow free!!! Now it shifts perfectly. As soon as I dropped the tranny I saw it right away!
