Just get a breaker bar and line up so when you crank the car it knocks it loose. Make sure to remove efi relay or fuse and disconnect the coil pack or dizzy.

The actually pulley/balancer or the crank hub? The pulley wheel comes off pretty easy, tap it a few times on the sides and back with a rubber mallet and it should pop right off. The hub is a different story, needs a puller. Someone called it a "crows foot" model and you'll use bolts to thread through the three holes in the hub and the slots in the puller. Use a grade 8 bolt in the center to push against and it will slowly pull off.
