i can't get my crankshaft out

i removed the 8 bolts that hold the crankshaft in place and i can't remove the crankshaft CAPS. i removed one but can't get the other three out. they slide back and forth but won't come out.....

They take a little persuasion get a soft hammer and just tap them on both sides
