Hey- Need some help with Tires and Gearing!

First off I own a 1994 Z28 (stock rear end)

I have stock Camaro 16'' Wheels

Stock tires are 235/75/16

I have 245/75/16 tires right now that are balder than a que ball.

I want to change my gearing from the stock to 3.73 gears

My problem is, that I want taller tires and wider tires on the rear and not lose my gearing.

I was thinking about getting 305's with 4.10 gears and that would be like having 245's with 3.73 gearing.

Or ???

Im kinda lost and need some help Thanks in advance!

 

stick with the 373s and use lower profile tires. u should be able to go to 17 or 18s without a problem. anything bigger than 18s look crapy. can also lower it a bit if needed so it doesnt look like a 4x4. ive got 17s on mine and its lowered about an inch.

 

I just put the new Michelin Pilot Exalto A/S on mine. Im very happy there the number 1 rated tire on tirerack.com i wouldnt worry to much about your gearing they shouldnt change to drastically unless you go a little all out
