Hi i was wondering if anyone knows where i could get a gas tank for 98-02 Camaro SS and some of the hard lines to it mine got cracked some how thats why i was smelling gas well hopfully some one knows so i dont have to go to the dealer for it cause ill be payin an arm & aleg.

 

just check your local salveage yards, or use online, i use craigslist.org, i get everything off there

 

ya i already the salvage yards and criagslist i might just have to put a fuel cell or go to the dealer aan probley pay $400[$600

 

Well just if this happends to anybodie in the future and you cant find one on ebay, craigslist, or some where else. i called Bruce Chevrolet Dealer and just for the Fuel tank its $650.00 and the plastic lines and the box is $350.00. but i kinda got a break when i called Carr Chevy Dealer cause my works for a company that goes though them so they get 35% off so now every thing is goin to cost $642.00 alot better than $1000.00 when i droped the tanki found out whatcaused the problem it was a bad exhaust leak i knew about it and was goin to fix it when i got paid well the fuel tank got screwed the day before i got paid so be carefull about exhaust leaks and where they are at cause it can mess up alot of things.
