is this a good price for a hood that's unsanded and unpainted?

 

the price sounds good or atlest avg but there killing ya with the shipping.. if i were u i would keep looking around for one with less shipping or one u can c in person b4 u buy i have heard stories about people buying hoods and not getting what they pay for so becareful
