Floor vents and defrost work but not the panel vents? HELP!

When I went to O'Reillys to get a new check valve the guy looked at me like I was retarded and didn't know what I was talking about, he tried to sell me like three different valves but I ended up bringing him to my car and showing him what I needed, he said that they didn't have those, I went to the chevy dealer and asked them, the guy sold me one but it looks alittle different then the one I took out of the car, I just searched the O'Reillys website and they have the exact one that I took out, could that be the problem?

Something new that has come up, I think my car may have kind of a rough idle but its not too bad and Im not really sure.

I just remembered, I filled up with gas a couple days ago and I put in Unleaded Plus to get ready for the winter. I live in North Dakota and usually ran the plus in my other cars because of the ethanol so my lines wont freeze during the winter. This will be my first winter with my camaro. Should I switch back the the regular gas?
