My 94 Z28 drivers side door just quit opening from the inside. From what I've read it sounds like some sort of clip that's broken as I am able to open it from the outside. So I will need to remove the door panel and fix this, does anyone have instructions on this? So many plastic pieces...I would like to know what everyone else has done to fix the problem. What is the technical term for these clips? The door was closed, slammed actually, and since then it has been a problem.

Go to the manual section and get the GM manual, Also try a search on you tube.I did a quick one for Camaro doors.

 

at about 3'26" on the recording above you see the bar that runs from the handle to the lock. make sure thats connected at both ends.
