hay welcome to the forum. could be vats. maybe try cleaning the key and spray the inside where the key goes with some electronics cleaner. are you seeing any ses lights or security lights doing anything? i went ahead and moved your thread to the 4th gen section. do a intro in the introductions section and tell us about you and your car, post a picture while your at it. oh and this evening when you cant get to sleep... pleas read the site rules. lol, enjoy the site.

Welcome to the forums. Post your question in the 4th gen section, you'll get much better help there than here in the intro.

check #4 and 5 fuse on the fuse box on the side of the dash on the driver side. both have the vats involved. the only curcuit brakers i can find are for the windows and defog/seats.

Check the connections at the starter too corrosion could be keeping the power from getting there
