ok well these pics might not be that good they were taken on my phone but heres the first few things i hav for this built the n2o kit is on my car already and i got these tires for a steal 150 for both wit 15 passes on them and the wheels r the jegs pro stars look real good ill post more wen i get more.

update 11/18

i no its been awhile since i first posted this but i have an update i found a block on ebay its a shortblock 383 with forged crank 6" rods with lifters timing chain and gears oil pump oil pan pistons balanced with 2 bolt main caps. i believe we will be using different pistons and we will be havin it changed to a splayed 4 bolt main. $1500 for all this

i wish i had 1500 bucks. i'm looking for a stock engine to buy for cheap so i can tear it all apart. still pretty much hating you

update 11/27
well after 12hrs in the truck from thanksgiving traffic we finally got the new shortblock home the thing is real nice was built right and with this we made a connection with this guy he knows a lot about lt1s and just cars in general said he builds about 4 motors a months as a hobby lol well heres a few pics of the new motor and one of the main caps.

to tell you the truth i wouldnt trust ebay or the people selling complete blocks, you really gotta get it from an experience shop or one that has good reputation, but i wish you all the luck with your build.Nice wheels by the way, are those bogart ?

we bought the block privatly even though it was on ebay we talked to the guy for a real long time he really knows his stuff and also builds 4-5 motors a month. and never woulda paid for it if it wasnt good. were still goin to hav it freshened up but its in excellent condition as is. and no the wheels r actually jegs lol 119 each lol theyll do the job for me

buying the entire front brake assembly of an ls1 to do a conversion spindles rotors calipers hoses and all for 250 picking them up wed. and i found a set of greg weld dragstars 15x3.5 with new tires for 350 getting them over the weekend. need to finish cleaning the garage before we do anything with the motor
