Default 96 camaro 3.8

Hello I came because I know some of these guys on here are pretty knowledgeable. Well if anyone could help me out I have a 3.8 camaro and when I press on the gas it seems like it seems sluggish when accelerating like something is holding it back. I changed fuel filter recently as someone told me that could be the problem . And I also have a filter on the engine (not stock air box ) could that be the issue ? I had the spark plugs changed about a year ago . What could be the issue car has 180k miles .

could be a number of things. good first step check plugs to make sure they are all firing, other things, plug wires may be bad, fuel pressure may be low, maf may be dirty or failing, coil may be failing, air filter plugged, catalytic converter may be plugged. Im sure there's more.
