sounds like vats is not recognizing your key or is failing.

 

What is the fix for that issue ?

 

he said something about byepassing the vats ,so that could be why its not starting ,oh bye the way you will want a z28 car to do my swap ,then its alot of work an money ,with your car try not byepassing the vats an see what happens ,engine swaps in the 4th gens are not as easy as 92 on back , wait that is the 3.4L ,couse i think it was 95 that came out with the 3800 for cally cars then in 96 the 3800 took over an is the better engine

 

i guess the ignition switch could be bad, adding to the mystery brb
