94 camero Z28
i just recently bought a 94 camero Z28 and i want to put an after market exhaust system and i know it is almost impossible to fit dual exhaust on those cars, but can u fit dual exhaust on this year? How does the car run if u cut the cats out?
It can be done but most people will either run turn downs before the rear axel, or run pipes out the back under the axel (it's not as bad as it seems). Removal of the cats on a 94 car is alittle tricky because it is an OBD1 car,if there are two sets of O2 sensors you might be able to use O2 simulators to "trick" the computor into thinking the cats are still there. I am not real familiar with the LT1 cars so I might be off base here, but it is worth looking into.

i dont really think that straight pipes would really flow that great honestly. ive put custom systems on some of my cars, and it flowed like crap. Flowmaster or Borla all the way
