Default 1994 Z28, Speedo calibration? Parking break/abs light too?

Hey everyone, new guy checking in, im just about to pick up a 1994 Z28 and it has a few quirks thati need to fix. The first thing is the guy that had it before be put in new axels, posi, and 4:10 gears but said that the spedo had not been re-calibrated for the new gear ratio. What do i need to do to fix this?I'm used to working on my '72 so im sure i can figure out what ever i need to do, but this is my first 4th gen so I probab need a little help, im used to more mechanical work not so much of the computers and electronics, but am wiling to learn . Thanks everyone

Doug

You could pick up a Hypertech Power Programmer, maybe even a used one on fleabay. One of it's functions is to allow you to adjust for a gear change.

oh yea one more question on the programer, the car is running a small (50hp) shot of n2o just before the mass air flow sensor, would the programer be something i would want for this especially if i put a bigger (125hp) shot on. The only experience i've really had with n2o is on my 72 which is carbed and has a dig6al box to auto retard the timing, so i dont really know too much about tuning for nitrous with these cars. would this programer be the best for this set up or should i be looking at something else, thanks

okay so after doing some searching it seems that most people seem to think that hypertech is crap, so next option??
