A few things you might want to look at, because I went through all of this one time also, are the Idle Air Control motor (it tends to get a lot of carbon buildup and won't let the car run until it's warm), the ECU (which is only about $67), or the prom. Make sure you have the right prom number for your car. Even check to make sure the prom is in the car lol, but since you said the injectors were pulsing it should be there.
