1987 Camaro TPI 350
I am trying to get my '87 camaro with a TPI 350 ready for the smog machine. It was disassembled when I got it and so I'm not sure how some of the smog equipment runs. I've totally rebuilt the engine and am dying to get it on the road, but this whole smog issue is really crampning my style. For instance, I know there is a PCV on each valve cover, but I'm not sure how it ties together before getting to the throttle body. Another area of question is the fresh air tube into the exhaust manifolds. I've purchased a GM repair manual and a Haynes manual, but neither one clearly diagrams it out. Is anyone out there willing to send me some high resolution photos of their engine compartment so I can see first hand how some of these hookups are supposed to work? Or, if anyone has some good diagrams on how it all hooks up that would be appreciated as well.
