As I have mentioned in a few prior posts I will be swaping my V6 to a V8 with mounted trans. I have progressed well in removing parts around my V6 and Auto Trans, and I will be getting the '79 403 and Turbo 400 out of the Formula 1 at the end of the week. I would have them now but the F-150 I was borrowing decided to die on the way home, yay. I have heard I would need to cut out part of the firewall and other thigns to make the Turbo 400 fit, this is not a route I really want to take, besides I hate auto [:'(] . So I am wondering if there are any manuals that will bolt up with little trouble (not including the needed parts for a Auto to Stick swap) that anyone knows of?

 

I would like to help you but we need to know what the V8 is? Like a 305 or 350 or 383 ect.
