I have the same problem. I live in pretty much middle of no where and im looking to put a limited slip rear with 3.73 gears in to help out the new 350 i just dropped in. But not sure if i should do the exhuast first.

4th gens come with 3.42 posi, just do that, you will need wheel spacers on the front wheels though, to match the rears. The rear wheels with a fourth gen rear will almost line up perfectly with the quarter panel.
