Default Rear Axle Replacement/Upgrade

I have the '95 Camaro V6 with drum brakes. I was considering replacing the rear axle with a z28 version (standard disk brakes and limited slip differential)

From what i understand its simply bolt on and the hardest part would be bleeding the brake lines for the new rear disk breaks. How could i tap into the brake lines without interfering with the ABS system? Is the change worth the effort?

Thanks

It would be worth it. You can find rearends pretty cheap.

You should just be able to unbolt the brake line and drain out the fluid without messing with the ABS. The ABS system is mounted up in the engine bay and merely unbolting a brake line shouldn't mess with it.
