i got the trans bolts out thanks to the help of you guys but my book doesnt say how to remove the tv cable from the tranny. i unbolted it but i dont know how to get it disconnected... thanks for anyhelp....

disconect it from the carb or throttle body or what evers, At the top!
Then you can pull up on it at the trans and its just an L hook in a hole.
