i just realized that every topic that i start turns back into somethin about my carb lol. anyway. with this new carb i think its flooding out when i turn it off as well. because when i start it back up next it wont start. id have to hold down the gas. what happens is. when i start it up it will start fine. and then when i put it in gear reverse or drive it will try to stall. and if i move it back to neutral it will resume normall operation. so i could let it sit for a sec or two, or i can turn it off and then turn it back on and it will work for me.
