I did a search without any results. I bought a 94 Z28 how do I know if it came with remote entry? Where do I look to find the module for it? Thanks

There is this black thing with buttons on it hooked to the key that the guy gave me. Is that the remote? lol
Seriously though, how do I know if it was built with remote entry when new if I don't have any key fobs?

 

93-97 remotes look like this............... if its different then its aftermarket. sorry for being a jerk before.

 

I took that as a joke anyway. 1994 keyless entry was optional, I didn't get any key fobs with the car. I just want to know where the keyless entry module is located on the car so that I can look to see if I have the option or not. Thanks
