Sometimes the brand will stamp the casting# on the inside skirt. Are you trying to figure out the dome size?

One easy way is to beg, borrow or steal a cc kit with the 100cc graduated cylinder. I bought my el-cheapo kit from summit. Follow the instructions that come with the kit and I'll tell you the cc's of your dish. Also, you may want to get an inside bore gauge just to see if you have a taper bore. Good luck 350.

I'm sure the more expensive sets will outlast and hold their accuracy better. I bought the cheaper kit from summit. I don't build engines for a living but this cheap set has served me well. I'llcalibrate it to 4.000" with a micrometer and then run it through all the bores. It makes reading all eight cylin various locations a snap. It's not super accurate but it givesme an idea of a taper or oblong shape.Theset comes with smaller pinsso you canmeasuring the conrod bearing holes for stretch too.
