Default headlight rail removal problem

I have a 91 camaro and I hit a deer about a month ago and I know pretty much nothing about cars lol. Amazingly, I drove home. Everything is fine except for the headlights, turn signal, and the grill. They're all smashed. My headlight rail is bent up. I went to the junkyard to get a replacement and realized I have no idea what I'm doing. I undid all of the bolts in the frame but it won't come out. It looks like the only way to get it off is to take off the rubber front end. I have no idea how to get it off. Can anyone tell me how to get it off? Thanks.
