<------This face says it all
here is the deal my car is adjusting the timing over long periods of time (say a thousand miles or so). after some miles it all begins. it acts alright until my check engine light comes when the car warms up and then my gas pedal might as well disappear cause it does nothing. ill give it gas rpms will rise and tires barely move. i mean i will put it to the floor getting on the express way and get to about 50 by the end. i checked the timing and set it dead nuts before i went 600 miles north and 600 miles back. i limped it home redid the timing (yeah i did the all the steps, wire included). she readjusted herself so i replaced the knock sensor and esc (the esc i removed after a short trip cause im not sure if any gm v8 of that era will work or not cause i got it from a diff junker) hoping those were the cause. timed her again. no luck so the next time i brought it to a shop they looked around, found nothing, charged me 89 bucks and timed it for me > : ( im getting code 43 and its getting me pissed. all i know to keep doing is time it every couple hundred miles.

Dont worry, someone will give you some advice sooner or later. Don't know to much about throttle bodies but it sounds like maybe a vacuum leak? or maybe your tranny? do you have a vacuum going to your tranny?
Code 43: "The ECM did not detect a knock signal during near wide open throttle operation with coolant temperature above 194 degrees F, or the knock signal was present for 4 seconds or more during normal engine operation."
Try unplugging your knock sensor and take it for a drive. That should at least narrow it down to tell you if it's a knock signal or lack of a knock signal issue.
