I have a `92 Z-28 with the L98 in it.I noticed the lighting for the climate controls didn`t work as I was driving it home.I took it apart this evening to check into it.It`s like someone changed out the controls or something cause the controls have 2 bulb holders,one on each side.The only bulb holder that I found in there,"which wasn`t hooked up",was one which was bigger than the openings to install the bulb.what I`m asking ,does it sound like someone changed the controls out for one that doesn`t match the year of my car?If I can find the correct holders,I can splice into the wire and install them.Also what year car has the smaller bulb holders?Any help would be great,Thanks Rayme

 

i would guess someone changed it, so try to find the right plate for a 92.,.
