Bucking and jerking while driving?

I have the same exact problem. it bucks when you put a load on it, and when you suddenly go from half throttle to no throttle, you can hear a clunk, and then as the car slows down it will buck again.

or Fuel Pump/Filter.
btw the car was origionally a 305 but now is a 350, but with the 305 pump/filter........
